CYLINDER HEADS
 | Heads are completely disassembled to ensure thoroughcleaning of
all passages.
| Heads are furnace baked and shot blasted to remove all
contaminates.
| Heads are Magnafluxed to locate flaws.
| Checked to ensure proper fit of all port holes and integrity of
threads.
| Cam towers are align bored on OHC engines.
| Accurately resurfaced for perfect gasket fit.
| New freeze plugs and pollution plugs.
| New rocker studs installed when needed.
| Springs are cleaned, tested and installed with shims to maintain
tension.
| Valves are machine dressed at stem face.
| Valve guides are machined or replaced with new bronze guide
liners.
| Valve seats are machine cut to a triple triangle. |
